Effective Date: 06/25/2026 | Last Updated: 06/25/2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Healing Gardens collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information, and the privacy rights you have — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). By using the Healing Gardens platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. It is incorporated into and part of our Terms of Service.
1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
Healing Gardens ("Healing Gardens," "we," "us," or "our") operates an online marketplace that connects guests with independently owned gardens, farms, and outdoor spaces (each, a "Host" or "Garden") that provide private Offerings such as experiences, ticketed events, and venue rentals. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through our website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the "platform").
This Policy covers guests, Hosts, and visitors to the platform. It does not cover the independent privacy practices of Hosts or any third-party websites or services we may link to. When you book with a Host, that Host may handle your information under its own practices, for which it is responsible.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email address, postal address, phone number, account username, IP address. |
| Account & profile | Login credentials, profile details, preferences, and communications with us or with Hosts through the platform. |
| Commercial / transaction | Bookings, tickets purchased, party size, dates, amounts paid, and booking history. |
| Payment information | Payment-card or other payment details, processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers ourselves. |
| Internet / device activity | Pages viewed, links clicked, browser and device type, and similar usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies. |
| Geolocation | Approximate location derived from your IP address or, with your permission, more precise location to help you find nearby Gardens. |
| User content | Reviews, ratings, photos, and messages you submit. |
We collect this information directly from you, automatically as you use the platform, and from third parties such as payment processors, analytics providers, and Hosts.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, or health information) except where you choose to provide it, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted under the CCPA/CPRA.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the platform and process your bookings and payments;

- Personalize your experience and show you relevant Gardens and content;
- Send marketing communications, where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and violations of our Terms; and

- Business transfers — a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some uses of cookies and analytics may be considered "sharing" or "selling" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out of such sharing as described in Section 7.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and — where applicable — support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required. Disabling some cookies may affect how the platform functions.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
